By accessing or using Cardofly (cardofly.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Cardofly provides digital business card creation, PWA profile installation, custom downloadable QR codes, and mini e-commerce catalog store management with WhatsApp checkout integrations.
3. User Account & Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old or operating a legally recognized business entity.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to upload fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, explicit, or illegal content on your digital business card or store catalog.
4. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Renewal Terms
Cardofly offers Basic Plan and Pro Plan subscription tiers:
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment via online payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI/Cards), your account and subscription plan are activated instantly. You get immediate access to your downloadable QR code, digital profile URL, and store management tools.
- Renewal Pricing: Subscription plans are billed annually. Plan renewal charges will be billed based on the prevailing official plan rates active at the time of renewal. Initial sign-up discounts or introductory offer rates are one-time benefits and do not constitute a permanent price lock for future renewal cycles.
- Expiration & Grace Period: Subscriptions must be renewed on or before the plan expiration date. If a plan is not renewed by the expiry date, access to the digital business card profile and WhatsApp mini store will be temporarily paused until the renewal payment is completed.
5. 3-Day Free Trial & Refund Policy
We strive to deliver top-quality digital solutions with maximum transparency:
- 3-Day Free Trial (₹0): We offer a 3-Day Free Trial for all new accounts to explore and test all digital card features, QR downloads, and WhatsApp store tools before making a purchase.
- Non-Refundable Subscriptions: Because a 3-Day Free Trial (₹0) is provided to test the platform prior to payment, all subscription payments (Basic or Pro Plan) are final and non-refundable once purchased post-trial.
- Billing Errors & Exceptions: Refunds will only be evaluated in cases of verified technical billing glitches resulting in duplicate payments for the same order ID. Approved duplicate billing refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment source.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, website design, branding, and platform features belong exclusively to Cardofly. You retain ownership of your business content, logos, and product catalog images uploaded to your profile.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cardofly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party network interruptions, or loss of customer inquiries through external channels like WhatsApp.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
